Job Facts

  1. You can use the scripts that I provide or those your prefer.
  2. The best way to sell is the one that get sales.
  3. You can work any days or hours you want.
  4. You do not need to inform me of your schedule, days off or vacations.
  5. You do not need to inform me of your personal issues (other jobs or activities, illness, family, financial). I do not want to know.
  6. There are no sales or call volume quotas. If you want to earn a commission you know what to do.
  7. Meet the Active Status requirement to be paid on ongoing referral sales.
  8. I will keep my promises and expect that you will do the same.

Independent

You are an independent contractor not an employee. These classifications are completely different.

6. Do a few in-person calls to prospects you locate

Prospecting

1. Companies posting commission-only sales jobs.
2. Linkedin, Facebook and other platforms to reach groups or individual reps.
3. Personal networking for sales reps, self-employed entrepreneurs and company owners with sales teams.
4. Only the company can do advertising or marketing.

Sales Process

  1. Calls to introduce Freedom Sales Training programs.
  2. Ask prospects to vist the website and send in the Application making sure to enter your name for the referral.
  3. Follow-up by email or phone for feedback and decision.
  4. There are no call tracking requirements or provided CRM. If they register and your name is indicated you are credited and get paid. If they sent in the Application without entering your name you can check your commission statement and email me to claim the sale. If not already claimed you will be credited. This process eliminates wasted time on non-productive tasks.
