Account Manager – Health and Wellness Coaching
Introduction
Vast numbers of people are being prescribed GLP-1 for health issues and weight reduction. It’s big news and viral. It will get even bigger when Medicare covers the high costs so virtually anybody can participate. Most realize too late the serious potential side effects like bone density and muscle loss. They are instructed to compensate with exercise and diets. Guess how many actually do this. If you go to the gym you have seen fitness trainers work with clients to stay with a rigorous regimen and get real sustained results. GLP-1 routines are way more important. We offer personal coaching and support to get real positive outcomes.
You will bring the good news making calls or visits to introduce our Health and Wellness Programs to referral partners including private practice concierge physicians, health and fitness clubs and related businesses. Invite their clients to attend a free online introductory workshop. Interested clients can then register for ongoing group or personal coaching.
There are no fees for referral partners. They benefit by improving their client outcomes, leading to enhanced goodwill, attracting new and retaining existing clients.
Your first task is simply to invite prospects to visit our website and schedule a call with our CEO. You will not be selling the referral arrangement, asking prospects for money or to sign agreements. Then you will support your accounts to get continuous enthusiastic client referrals who pay for services.
Job Details
This is a remote contract sales position.
You can live anywhere and work from home with no required commuting or travel.
Flexible schedule – select your days and hours.
Assigned market areas to call.
Full product and sales training.
Pay Plan
$100 commission advance per week to start for 4 hours dialing.
This can be up to 40 hours based on performance for a $1,000 per week commission advance.
You earn $100 per month for every registered client for our personal coaching program referred by every account you establish and support.
This is $1,200 per year for every registered client.
There are about 25,000 primary referral partner targets and up to 100,000 total to call.
This translates to well over 2 Million potential referred clients that are currently taking, starting, or seriously considering a GLP-1 medication.
As an example: A concierge physician refers 5 patients that register every month. You would earn:
Month 1: $500
Month 2: $1,000
Month 3: $1,500
Month 4: $2,000
Month 5: $2,500
And so in increasing every month.
Multiply by the number of active referral partners you bring in.
For every 100 clients that register your earning potential is $1,200 X 100 = $120,000 per year.
For every 200 clients that register your earning potential is $1,200 X 200 = $240,000 per year.
And so on…
Qualifications
One year successful recent front-line dialing experience to professional practices or business owners.
Educated by college or demonstrated self-study.
A clear strong voice that is easily understood.
Perfect for those happy to dial and introduce the product.
This position is not for those that prefer a theoretical marketing, business, manager or technical job.
This is all about real-world street-level achievement.
